St. Christina Extended Care Program


This program provides a service for the working parents of our parish who desires a Catholic Education for their child/children. It allows your child/children to enjoy a large family atmosphere in a Catholic environment. We will provide individual attention, security, consistency and fair treatment for all of the children. The needs of the child are the primary concern of our caring personnel.


HOURS:

  • 2:15 pm - 5:45 pm everyday (except when school is not in session and on early dismissal days; at that time there will be no Extended Care.)

FEES

  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee:
      • For one child, $25.00
      • For two or more, $40
  • $3.75 per hour, per child
    • $10.00 per hour, for 3 or more children
  • Payment late fee, $5.00
  • $10.00 charge will be assessed for any returned checks.
  • Please keep your receipts for income tax purposes. There will be a $10.00 fee if we must figure out your total. The EIN# is in your Extended Care Handbook.

Pick-up time is 5:45pm. Please be prompt. A late charge of $1.00 per minute until 6:00 pm , and $2.00 per minute from 6:00 - 6:15 will be charged. If you will be late, please call by 5:30 pm

Extended Care is located in the Church Hall. Please enter through the Church doors on Christiana. We usually go down between 3:30 - 3:45. There will be a sign in the window facing Christiana notifying parents if we are outside or in the gym. When the weather is nice we stay outside as long as possible, so the sign will let you know if we are outside. If there is no sign, we are in the Church Hall.

A Reminder to Parents:
All payments are due the week you receive the bill. Payments not received by the last day of Extended Care for the week are considered late and will be assessed a late fee. If you have a problem paying that week, please talk to Virg Dalla Betta we will make other arrangements at that time. Thank You

You are able to use the program on an as needed basis, but your child has to be registered BEFORE they can begin the program.

Registration Fee: $10.00 per family
Program Fee: $5 per day per child

All St. Christina school policies apply. You may provide your child with a light snack/breakfast. Please send registration forms to the school office, attention: MORNING CARE.
